Given the past week, I’d say the bullet point about not celebrating his birthday is inaccurate...Can you explain?

Can I explain? I can show you older articles that led people to the conclusion that he doesn't celebrate birthdays.

This comes as Obama has moved to be open to very limited off shore oil drilling--if that brings in congressional votes for a bigger energy plan he wants with an emphasis away from fossil fuels.
