Wishing y’all a GREAT Thursday.

Spent 45 minutes in PT yesterday followed by more pain afterwards than what I experienced going in. Takes 3-4 days to recover and guess what?!? I’m going back again next week. Took some pain pills afterwards and happy hour began about an hour later. :^)
