Sounds like the ‘East Side’ of the county thinks very lowly of the West side.

Sounds like Class Warfare to me.

If you think about it, you actually here that a lot. I'll give you one example, after which I'm sure you'll be able to think of others:

Tobacco is perfectly legal.

You just can't smoke it anywhere.

I had a neighbor who strung up his annual buck in the driveway to drain. I don't see the problem here, except for the probability this guy discharged a firearm within the city limits.
