Let's Roll America!

This is a clarion call. A call to Americans of every creed and race to resist the flagrant violation of our Constitution and the rule of law by Barack Obama and all of those who are complicit with him.

The people charged with the authority and responsibility to uphold the law and defend the Constitution are missing in action. Cleary it is up to "we the people". We could have stopped it at the ballot box (well...maybe) but this is the mess we are in now and we have to deal with it.

After three years I could no longer stand on the sidelines. I decided to perform a mandatory duty that those charged with the responsibility to do were refusing to do. I determined that, as one of the many employers of the POTUS, I had a legal mandate to verify his eligibility as an employee.

I figured I would be challenged on that line of reasoning but concluded there was enough gray area there to go forward. I used the government run E-Verify System to determine if the SSN, name and birth date that Mr. Obama was using would pass the E-Verify test. They did not. The results I got back basically said that the data had been flagged with a Special Indicator Code indicating fraud. It could have come back saying SSN does not match the name or birth date or that death data exists. It could have said the SSN was invalid, did not exist. It could have said they could not confirm U.S. Citizenship or unable to process for some other reason. But no. It came back indicating fraud.

Barack Obama has been using the SSN in question (issued out of Connecticut when he was a teenager in Hawaii) as early as 1980 and as late as 2010 on his IRS tax return. Two years after allegations of his use of a phony SSN were raised.

The Social Security Administration (SSA) established five Special Indicator Codes in 1995, adding one in 1999, another in 2004 and two in 2007. As of November 2008 there were 9 Special Indicator Codes. Eight of the nine codes have to do with the fraudulent use of a Social Security Number (SSN) and/or false identity and non-citizenship.

One code is reserved for people who are assigned a new SSN based on Harassment/Abuse/Life Endangerment. (#6) This is usually reserved for people who are being stalked so that they can "go in to hiding" and not be traced by their stalker. What good would getting a new SSN do for a sitting President of the United States (POTUS)? I highly doubt that Obama asked for a new SSN under special indicator 6. How does one ask for a new SSN when the one they are using is phony in the first place? But, hey prove me wrong. That's what we all want isn't it? The truth. And you can't get to the truth by refusing to investigate credible allegations and evidence.

According to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, which manages E-Verify within the Department of Homeland Security, E-Verify's accuracy rate is above 99. 5 percent; 97.4 percent of employees are automatically confirmed as “work authorized” instantly or within 24 hours.

As of November 2008 about 46,000 of the 453 million SSN's on the SSA Numident had Special Indicator codes. (Office of the Inspector General analysis of the Numident data, A-08-09-19099) Only 46,000 out of 453 million were flagged with a special indicator code.

It looks to me like it takes a whole lot of suspected fraud to earn one of those flags.

And it's looking very much like the SSN Barack Obama is using was one of them. Isn't that special. Special indeed.

How do we get someone with the legal responsibility to initiate a bonafide investigation? We all have to step up to the plate at the same time. Not here and there but everywhere. Now. Now is the time. Don't be scared, be brave.

Americans, those of you who are concerned about the state of our nation, our Constitution, the rule of law, and I know there are millions of you, do something. Think, what can I do? (of course peaceful, law abiding) Organize very visible protests, file lawsuits, visit, phone and write politicians, attorney generals, the SSA, sheriffs. Make Freedom of Information Requests for documents the public has a right to see. And if any of you patriotic Americans are lawyers, put your law degree where your mouth is. Or at least where you conscious is. Orly Taitz has done the heavy lifting on this so far. I can think of two other bleached blonds who could follow her lead.

We just had a Federal Judge dismiss the FOIA lawsuit to get to the bottom of this because, whether or not his SSN is fraudulent, it's no justification for violating Obama's privacy!

We have seen Terry Lakin lose his career because he stood by his oath.

We have seen the White House issue an obviously forged birth certificate - a forgery so clumsy that even a computer amateur can easily prove its in-authenticity.

The Hawaiian DOH has been complicit in the forgery and defies every Hawiian law regarding open records.

I have written to my (conservative Republican) Congressman, as well as every Freshman Representative elected with Tea Party backing, to bring this to their attention. With one exception, the result has been total silence. (The exception was West, who responded that Lakin had been poorly advised in his action.)

I fear the only way this matter will get ANY attention will be when one of us sits down in front of the Capitol, douses himself with gasoline and strikes a match! Even then, there will be no investigation of this matter, just a story about the poor, deranged "birther" who didn't understand that Obama's BC was authentic, even though Bill O'Reilly vouched for it!

I think we have to accept that our Constitutional Republic is dead.

We have an individual as President, possibly a non-Citizen in the country illegally, supported in his quest for office by Bill Ayers & other hard-line Communists, with abundant proof of multiple felonies in his background and:

NO Judge will permit a case to come to trial,

NO member of Congress will raise a question, and

NOT a single outlet of the media, including the various "right-wing" talk show hosts will allow these questions to be raised!

What is left of our Republic when the corruption and rot is so all-pervasive?

I agree. I am not willing to give up. Several readers have raised a few points repeatedly about the E-Verify article and I think I can provide some clarification for them.

1. I was able to do a search through E-Verify on Mr. Obama because Washington D.C. participates in the Self Check E-Verify program and I provided the correct information or otherwise I would not have been able to run the E-Verify check.

2. The SSN I used is on Mr. Obama’s 2010 Tax Return, it is the number he has used since around 1980. The birthdate I used is the one that he claims.

3. I did successfully enroll with E-Verify. I figured I would be challenged on my justification for doing so, that I considered myself to be one of the employers of the President of the United States, but I determined that was a gray area and I was willing to argue my standing.

4. When running Mr. Obama’s social security number I thought I was using the self-service section of their system, not a “self-check” section. Like a lot of people on the internet I did not read the fine print but it never entered my mind that anybody but an employer would have to independently verify the eligibility of an employee or potential employee. The employee or potential employee knows if they are a citizen of the United States or if they are using their real SSN or if they have a work Visa. Why would they have to ask the government to confirm that about them? That would be like the government setting up a website so people could ask them “Do I have brown hair?”.

5. The “Notice of Mismatch” I received after entering in Mr. Obama’s information was not due to entering in the data incorrectly, or a mismatch between his name and birthdate. If that were true I would have got back, “SSN does not match”. I could have got back “SSA unable to confirm U.S. Citizenship” or “SSA unable to process data” or “SSN is invalid”. But I did not. I got back “SSA does not verify, other reason” which, according to the Social Security Administration manual, specifically means “Special indicator present”. Mr. Corsi did a fine job of explaining what I found after researching exactly what a “Special Indicator” is. Eight out of nine special indicators concern fraud. One is reserved for people who are being stalked so they can go in to hiding and not be pursued by their stalker. Kind of hard for a POTUS to go in to hiding and I highly doubt that Mr. Obama got a new SSN under special indicator # 6. But hey, let’s have a through, independent investigation and prove me wrong.
