Have you concluded your paroxysmal pear poaching pecadillo?
haven’t made it yet, but pears are in season and i have a bunch of them and have goat cheese so was trying to recall how you said to prepare that app. i have never poached anything in my life, not even an egg. so don’t be acting like i am some culinary MOW-ron, mr ‘Bama ! ; )
