Bambi. I saw the film makers using entertainment to twist children into unthinking zombies to be used by the left. If that was the purpose, it didn't work with me when I saw it in 1957. However, when I saw it again for the first time in more than half a century, it made me angry. Disney's version of Bambi heavily distorted and dumbed down Felix Salten's original story. I recommend that before you see the movie, read the book--and make sure you read the translation by Whittaker Chambers--yes, that Whittaker Chambers!
