CORPUS CHRISTI - The Border Patrol and Texas Department of Public Safety have blocked off FM 666 near FM 624 for a shooting involving agents.
Officials are not commenting on exactly what happened just yet.
There are unconfirmed reports a suspect was shot and killed. We'll keep you posted.
Not really. all that happens is, the Border Patrol agent goes to jail. If the “victim” lives, he gets amnesty and a green card. In this case since the "victim" died, his family will be paid millions and issued hundres of green cards and probably new vans to transport the smuggled drugs in. My question is, why in God's name would anyone become a Border Patrol agent?
Just down the road from my alma mater Calallen HS. Used to watch the illegals hang onto the undercarriage of trains going north when we visited friends near the track up by lake Mathis.

Must be one of those random checkpoints...They sure seem to be getting farther and farther away from the “actual” border...
Rescue workers from HALO-Flight were called for a shooting victim by an agency in Mathis, but they were called off before they ever took flight. It’s believed the call was related to the shooting.

The shooting occurred 15 miles from me. it is 100 miles north of the border,just at the 77 sign on the map above. 666 runs east to west, then turn n-s about 30 miles east of CC. Funny too, I am working building a BRAND NEW Border Patrol training facility in Kingsville. 3 Americans and about 40 others from south of the border.

No random checkpoint, just tried a traffic stop, because they knew one was a coyote. Happens all the time here. 4 months ago in Falfurrius, the Fal cops tried to stop a coyote with a suburban full of wets, they ran thru a woman’s house and killed her. HAd one go off road last year south of Alice drove off a pit and killed all on board.
And people believe Perry will protect them. He won’t even protect his own.

There are agents there. Even some as far as Lubbock.
I was born in Alice...Alice, Texas that is...
It seems to have become a transfer station for load shifts into this country...
It would be a place I would have a tremendous amout of Law Enforcement assets on hand to make it unpalletable to conduct trafficking operations in this state...
But what do I know...;-)
