I have mentioned that before. I have also mentioned that it could open the door for a compromise candidate -- Jeb Somebody.

Romney, the Elites' preferred, can't seem to muster above the low 20s.

Gingrich might win several primaries, but the Dems/MSM would slaughter him in the General. He would end up with fewer EVs than McCain got.

I doubt Jeb Somebody would win in 2012, either. Bush fatigue is still rampant and too many still have a bitter taste from GW's 2nd term.

Bring it on! Then we could get a real winner, like my governor and favorite GOP leader, Haley Barbour.

(But I’d settle for Gov. Daniels, Gov. Jindal, Sen. Kyl, Sen. Rubio or Congressman Ryan!)
