It is becoming quite popular though. Soccer now has passed the NBA and now has third place in average attendance.

in your view much like the two billion people who watch the sport would think the NFL is boring when you watch a play for 5 seconds and then wait 2 minutes for the next 5 sec play.

Ignorance award of the day. I say this as someone who would have said the same thing 10 years ago prior to mentoring a young boy who has a gift for the game. I grew to like it watching him play. I've grown to love it watching the better high school teams in the area. Especially state tournament time. You need to watch it live and close. The skills of some kids are amazing. And what a myth about players not being tough. Go watch a competitive varsity game. They are wars.
