I understand that you had to go to LSU, but the Saints won the Super Bowl in the 21st century.

"Super Bowl in the 21st century." Thanks for pointing out the obvious.
Of course the year 1999 in bold was a dead give away.
It was a Saint plug.
But thanks again because it gives me another opportunity to write- GEAUX SAINTS, GEAUX LSU.

Very interesting, but I could have done without the mid-70s Aerosmith.

Nolan Ryan beating the crap out of Robin Ventura. Even as good as the Rangers have been over the past few couple of years, that's still the indelible image of I have of our hometown team. That set the table for a good decade in Dallas area sports, with the Cowboys winning three Super Bowls and the Stars capping off the century with the Stanley Cup.
Being originally from Pittsburgh (and well old enough to remember virtually every play of the 1960 World Series), my personal favorite moment of the presentation is at 3:48 when Maz is heading for home in game 7 to beat the dreaded and feared Yankees.

As an Uptown kid, I’m with you on the Saints and LSU.
It would be great for them to both win championships this year.

LSU has a great chance. Great D and a very good offense. Saints have a great offense with Drew Brees. I question the defense as I always have. Except when the dome patrol was alive and kicking.

Awesome! Secretariat was pulling away at the finish line.
Gretzky’s 50 goals in 39 games awesome, too. As was his 92 goals in one season.

Agree on Barry Sanders - I could watch clips of him and Walter Payton all day long. I don’t think the Steelers of the ‘70’s got as much attention as they deserved but I’m biased.

I am currently using a hotel computer, otherwise, I would have posted the image during the stretch run. Just a phenomenal accomplishment.
