Because that is how he feels. He’s pro woman-boy love, anti man-girl love. He admits it is a double standard, but hey, you gotta have standards.

In his mind arresting this woman is just “ridiculous.”

I personally find both kinds of child rape repugnant. I don’t differentiate between them. I blame the adult, male or female, in all cases.
