It’s definitely yummy stuff...and much less bitter than what’s found in the grocery store. Powerhouse for the immune system too!!

Mrs. Augie is still juicing kale, broccoli, cauliflower and brussels sprouts from the garden.
Tomorrow I’m going to take advantage and put another load of stall sweepings from the horse college on my compost heap.
Kohlrabi; still have some in the garden. I use the leaves as well as the bulb at the top of the stem. Zone 7
