I'm starting to notice that, too....

The BBC series pilot of “Sherlock” showed Dr. Watson, gun owner and skilled shooter, kill a criminal suspect, without any condemnatory comment or consequence.

The BBC. From that gun-crazed UK.

And then, “Tintin”. Guy looks 12 yet manages to live alone. Keeps a handgun in his home, and fires it at assorted villains, again without repercussions. Used one later in the film, similarly; I don't recall if it was the same one (meaning he had been running around with a Concealed Firearm! or if he just happened to find one when he needed it.

And the fact that he needed it.

Maybe I'm reading too much into this. Maybe you are. I don't know.

But it looks pretty good to me....

Like some other posters, I cringe at the some of the unsafe handling, and like with Penny the obvious missteps to firing.

They use some kind of electrical charge to fire screen weapons? Anyone confirm?
