The injustice was that Paterno knew for over a decade what the “at risk” youth of “Second Mile” were actually at risk for, while Sandusky paraded a bevy of boys around the PennPedo State Campus.

The guy is absolute scum who thought football more important than a bunch of “at risk” youth. Only if they could play football was Paterno interested in them as a person - otherwise Sandusky could do what he wanted with them.

If he didn't think McQuerry’s report was credible - why was McQuerry hired onto the team for the next decade? If he was credible - then what was Sandusky doing parading young boys around “happy” valley for the next ten years.

Paterno is absolute scum - as is those members of Penn State and the community who saw and see nothing wrong with the events as they happened in regards to the decades long inaction of a man who enabled pedophilia and allowed it to go on right under his nose and said nothing - because to him football was more important.

If there was ANY proof to your allegations the grand jury would have indicted Paterno after a three year investigation. He didn't cover up anything and there is zero evidence he knew of anything other than the vague story he heard from McQueary and reported.
