QUESTION: Will Reports INTENTIONALLY Call Florida BEFORE Polls Close In Pan-Handle (7 pm CENTRAL TIME)?
I believe they will.
I believe they'll call it at 7 pm Eastern time, which is 6 pm Central, one hour BEFORE the polls close
so as to affect the military vote in the Pan-Handle of Florida.
Here's what Florida Department of State, Division of Elections has on their web site.
2012 Presidential Preference Primary
Florida election results will be released on election night, January 31, at 8 pm Eastern
to accommodate voting in the Central time zone counties.
Please be aware that while Florida polls close at 7 pm, Florida has two time zones and therefore voting will not be completed statewide until 7 pm Central/8 pm Eastern.

Oh, they will say "... We're sorry, it was a mistake." But it IS intentional.
So. What do you think?
To: Yosemitest

What are the chances that they will make the same mistake to help this year’s liberal as they made to help Al Gore in 2000?

They will try to call it early or leak some exit polling only if it shows Mitt ahead — to try to suppress the more-conservative vote in West Florida.
Don’t fall for it, Florida Pan-Handlers! Get out and vote no matter what you hear!

Romney is having supporter turnout problems, so the establishment will become desperate and do desperate things.

So. What do you think?

I think they have the headlines ready to print. Just like they did all those years ago.

The MSM already used the "accidental" argument for the 2000 election, when it called the results (rather too early, as it turns out) for Florida before polls were closed in the Panhandle, thereby discouraging Panhandle voters and making the election close enough that Al Gore was almost able to steal it.
Much as the MSM would like to throw this to Mittens, no intelligent person is going to buy that they made a "mistake" again. And the voters in the Panhandle will probably not be discouraged this time.
It was interesting reading a "liberal" book and a "conservative" book on the 2000 election. The liberal "saw no evidence" that "anyone" was discouraged (can't see what you don't look for!); the conservative book had a first person account by a discouraged voter.

If they do then here’s hoping there will be a rush to the polls to turn it.

QUESTION: Will Reports INTENTIONALLY Call Florida BEFORE Polls Close? Yes, about 5 seconds after the primary precincts close. They will cite the exit pollsters.
I'd rather have the main stream media shut up and let the results come in when they come in.
If they call it for Romney, here's hoping they have another Dan Rather moment. LoL.
To: Yosemitest
Of course they will.
When do the stupid “exit polls” come out? 5PM?

I have been listening for "exit interviews show" stuff all day. Not happening. That means the MSM favorite is probably not showing up as well as they wanted us to believe.
Could be a long night for somebody.
Anyway, ever since a rabbi down there, a man who could read one language right to left and another left to right, and speak 4 languages, told us he was "confused" by the butterfly ballot I just don't believe anything anybody says about Florida politics.

I will call it now. Mitt Romney has won the Florida primary. Let’s move on and regroup.

Gee, it’s been known to happen before
Will the panhandlers be fooled again?

I was at the Crestview, FL polls, November 2000 with my wife, standing in line outside the door, waiting for her to vote,
when about three people screamed out,
"They just said Gore won Florida!"
I screamed out back at them,"Not without my wife's and my vote being counted AGAINST him!
About 30 other people, some still in BDUs shouted after me, "DAMN RIGHT !!! Like hell, Gore won !!! "
You never seen three wrinkled old prunes run away so fast.
Those three old women were so mad.
I laughed about that for years.

What worked then will work now.
Romney and his elite globalist buddies will CHEAT CHEAT CHEAT, COUNT ON IT !

Hmm . . . what was the name of the FL rat Congressman who claimed dozens of his constituents called him on election night and claimed they mistakenly voted for Buchanan? What BS.
I distinctly recall the drivebys never asked to see proof of all the incoming calls he claimed.
