Well...yeah. But it’s how you GET dead that matters, and what you get to see in the process.
Of all the possible ways to go, I’d expect being smacked by an asteroid ranks up there among the most interesting.
The main question is: Since you’re going to get a fair amount of advanced notice, will to position yourself on the impact side of the planet, or on the far side? You want to go out as part of the direct hit, or as part of the follow-on effects?
No need to answer, now; there’ll be plenty of time to plan later on.
