The winter you are going to call down upon us all by mocking it with that statement. For some reason, it always packs its biggest punch in February here in SW Pennsylvania.
In a mild winter Lake Erie stays unfrozen and the February Arctic blast pastes you with snow. In a cold winter the Lake freezes over and doesn't soften the Arctic chill, so you are screwed either way.
Well, I miss the snow and stuff so if it comes, I will accept full responsibility.
Always seems like the worst of winter, in terms of precipitaiton, happens when the prevailing winter weather pattern begins to shift to the spring pattern.
