Not a bad list. Some thoughts:

Close Encounters of the Third Kind was a gimmick movie that does not belong on the list at all.

Annie Hall is way too high.

No westerns? High Noon, Pale Rider, and Unforgiven would be in my top 50, and The Man Who Shot Liberty Valence would be in my top 10.

I don't really remember any sex in B&C other than one time out in the wheat field and that was tame compared to other scenes in some of the other 50 movies.

Blade Runner, The Deer Hunter and other movies had way more sex.
