They weren't her songs (if they were she would have had a lot more money), she merely interpreted songs others wrote, and the big music machine decided that she got the best songs to do, because of her looks and her marketability.

Well, uh...er...um... Actually I wasn't on FR until 2003, so I guess you're just going to have to take my word for it. I mean, it wasn't something you had to be a seer to forecast once you saw her with Bobby Brown. She suffered a lot of degradation along the way (e.g., Being Bobby Brown). It's sad, but it almost doesn't qualify as news. (Lindsay Lohan won't be either.)
