I agree-I said in another post that it is like a supervisor bullying a worker in that manner-using a position of authority to coerce an individual into having sex. A nasty thing to be sure, but not statutory rape or sex with a child. Whether supervisor or teacher, such a thing should be a matter of record for any future potential employer to see.

Yeah, I wouldn't ruin her life over workplace hanky panky, I'm going with not guilty, but she should get a big girl job in the real world where she faces equals.

It’s not quite like a supervisor bullying a worker because the woman was a gym teacher and the student was unlikely to have been in her gym class.
