Remark starts at 4:26 and runs through 4.34

Thanks for posting that. I remember cringing when I heard it the first time.

It is not so complicated as you wish to make it. The Founders wanted to protect the office of President from coming under the influence of a foreigner. A child of two citizen parents is more likely to be loyal to the country, than the child of a citizen and an alien. There is the chance that the child will assume the loyalties of the non-citizen parent, as seems to be the case here. A little common sense goes a long way in understanding things that were written when common sense was still common.

This is the most telling. If he truly believed that Obama were Constitutionally eligible he would take calls to discuss and defend his position. He doesn't.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

**Very** good point!

INDEED! If these yapping weenies truly believed that this was an unimportant issue, or if Obama were eligible, they would take calls and defend their position. They don’T. They hide.

I really don’t know. Why hasn’t a lesser conservative like a Herman Cain come forth and simply QUERY whether a guy who is using phony documents is really legally American? They would have less to lose.

The other guy did, i can,t think of his name he went strong for awhile then went by the way side but i don,t think it was because he said what he did about Obama.

They ALL are Freepers and their pre-show prep is just spending a few hours on Free Republic. Like many here, they have lifted some of my comments verbatim on their show. My biggest gripe is the way they spiked the DADT issue....
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Yep! ALL of them are Freepers. It is true that their show prep comes directly from Free Republic and comments made by the posters here.

I **HOPE** they are reading this thread because I am **disgusted** with how they ignored Article 2, Section1. It looks like there is going to be a repeat in 2012.

And...You are absolutely right about DADT.

“For instance Beck said for us to let the police know that we are the good guys, yeah right? the police are working for the government, if the government is run by the bad guys the police will still be working for them.”

You found fault with Beck advising us when we demonstrate, to show the police we are law abiding and peaceful.

In contrast, what would you suggest?

Beck talks about the government becoming a tyranny and i agree, if the government is bad what kind of people would we have to be to be good guys to the government? i am not sure i would want be what they would want me to be.

But at any rate i am what i am regardless of what they want.

The Constitution gives us only two ways to remove a president from office. 1). Vote hime out and 2). Impeachment. Fox news and radio talk show hosts aren’t mentioned.

You can try to pressure your representative and/or you can work like hell to get him voted out.

Thats right, they don,t tell us, we tell them.

I agree.

I don’t. Levin is a coward!

I suppose you have a reason to say he is a coward, but since i don,t know the reason what can i say?

If they had spent all that energy on the citizenship issue,
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

This is a strawman.

No one here on Free Republic has suggested that any talk show host spend **all** their time on the citizenship issue.

It is hard to defend a strawman of **your** creation.

Correction: He "scrubs all BIG DOPES", that have no coherent arguments, only neurotic, simple-minded ad hominum attacks.

If you have read this thread you will note there is a very specific reason why I think Mark Levin is a coward. Very simply he completely ignores Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of our Constitution. And because he continues to do that and refuses to accept criticism about it, I label him thin-skinned and someone you would not like to end up in a foxhole with. Got it?

And who is calling who names?

By the way, the Great One is, and will always be Jackie Gleason.

And Levin's "get off my phone" spiel is directly copied from the great radio talk show host, Bob Grant.

@The only similarity between him & Obama is that Obama was eligible for UK citizenship, but refused to claim it - which, when it transferred to Kenya, he would have needed to do by his 18th birthday.

You're doing the same thing! Look at what you just said!
In order for him to be eligible in the first place he had to qualify as one able to do so. A natural born citizen would never qualify much less be eligible to either claim or refuse it!
You've also just established that he has dual nationality, whether it was claimed or not, and isn't a natural born citizen.

Why don’t you try reading the thread before you make a comment like that.

Whether you realize it or not, there has been an ongoing dialogue.

I've got my copy of the Constitution her in my den and upon reading it, I can't find the definition of natural born citizen {which I assume is the FACT that you refer to}.
There are lots of things that aren't defined in the Constitution. It's not a dictionary.
What is defined in the Constitution?

Would you care to expound on that comment and explain why you made that remark?
