You’re right - we DO need an opposition party. But the path forward is rocky, and we may not get there without a fuss.
There’s no fuss in the GOPe. They either agree with Obama about the big stuff, or they are unwilling to pay the price of true opposition.
Either way, a Romney nomination is the end of the GOP.
