Elways ego couldn’t stand having Tebow overshadow him even though Tebow stepped in, saved the season, even beat the Steelers in the playoffs. An amazing feat if only he had been a non-Christian. Now, Joe Namath of the Jets claims that the Jets taking Tebow is a huge mistake, and Tebow is a terrible quarterback. So, we’ve got two old time quarter backs all bent out of shape over this guy named Tebow? Wonder why? I just hope that the Manning deal blows up in Elways face, and I have a pretty strong feeling it will.

You really hate Tebow don’t you? Even with facts presented to you, you are still convinced that Tebow is a terrible QB. The heck with the dismal O-line and receivers, IT’S ALL TEBOWS FAULT AND THE DEFENSE SAVED DENVER!

Why don;t you wait and see if, with a decent O-line, decent receivers, and an organization that believes in him, Tebow still underperforms? If he does, then you are correct but until that point in time all you’re doing is showing an intense hatred of the guy. Remember, Tebow tore apart the Steeler defense so he can’t be THAT bad...

Actually I like Tebow a lot. But I like truth a lot more. and the truth is as of the end of last season (it’s been a few months, he might have gotten enough practice in to change) he was a bad QB, period.

I am waiting and seeing. That’s the fun part about a dynamic world where things change. Just because he was a bad QB in 2011 doesn’t mean he’ll always be bad. BUT the reverse is also true, no matter how good he is next season it doesn’t change the fact that in 2011 he was a bad QB. That Steelers defense he “tore apart” was mostly second stringers going into the game and lost most of the starters they came in with (including the entire defensive line) by the half. The Steelers quite literally limped into the playoffs, they let the defense get too old, which is why a lot of people were released last month. Again, loving truth because it’s the truth.
