If you go downtown Cincinnati for dinner at a nice restaurant you'll find
that it takes plenty of police to protect the areas where people spend money.
The police have to patrol constantly to keep the rabble out of the dinner and
club areas at night. Just don't get caught sleeping in your car after the night ends
or you might never wake up. The thugs there are very organized, I know from experience.

Detroit doesn’t even have enough police. If you get robbed they tell you that you don’t belong down there anyway.. An old man was car jacked and the cops never showed, he got a ride home from a customer at the gas station..
