Miami Gardens teenager Trayvon Martin was suspended from school because he was caught with an empty plastic bag with traces of marijuana in it, the boy’s family attorney has confirmed.
Trayvon was killed while serving out the suspension in Sanford Florida, where his father’s girlfriend lives. A community watch volunteer who thought he looked drugged out and suspicious called police and later wound up in a fight with him.
The two scuffled and volunteer George Zimmerman shot Trayvon, killing him. He has not been charged.
Tens of thousands of people are expected to converge on Sanford on Monday for an afternoon rally to protest the killing, which occurred one month ago today.
The Rev. Jesse Jackson, Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis, the Rev. Al Sharpton and comedian Sinbad are expected to speak at a 5 p.m. special City Commission meeting.
Several busloads of protesters left Miami early Monday to participate.

A couple things really tick me off about this. First, isn’t it racist to edit the photo to make the boys skin lighter? Second, to all those celebrities and wannabe celebrities.... African Americans don’t own the hoodie so stop acting like every time I see one I think there’s one of you underneath it.
All those charges were dropped. ....on domestic issues both the husband and wife filed charges against each other...the Judge told them to work out their issues basically elswhere and they were dropped. No surprise here, many seem to use the courts to threaten one another over this issue....take a few temper control courses etc.

I believe that photo of Zimmerman in #49 above is a 2005 mug shot so it looks like he has a record too.
It is time to just move on. This is old. There are no charges and if there are charges politically bullied, this case will be a slam dunk for zimmerman. Why was the hoodie. there? did he jump the gate? Why did he attack Zimmerman and use the concrete curb as a deadly weapon on the back of his head and break bones in his face. Have you heard the recording of the screams of pain coming from Zimmerman ? Have you read that the witness thought he was going to die if he didnt shoot? Zimmerman is not white!! He is hispanic (Peruvian!!)— what are they lying about his being white? Can white people start wearing hoods now? They used to years ago and I thought that was illegal now, Is it illegal for white but ok for Blacks. This deal sucks.
Here’s the image page from google of Martin....not one photo of him today with his gold teeth and age related photo....yet all of Zimmerman are his mugshot at 21 years old. He’s almost 30 and not remotely seen as the mugshot now.
Meanwhile, while we discuss this crap from Al Sharpton, Obama is telling Russia he will sell us out on missile defense after the election.

Well for one thing he was the commander of the watchteam there....and his job in the neighborhood was to “watch”. He was doing so while on an errand.
Zimmerman’s carrying was perfectly legal. There’s no evidence he was doing more then finding out what the guy was doing there. Many would have done the same thing when a rash of robberies had been occurring.....and why they determined to have a Watch Group.
Carrying a gun does not mean one is intent on using it....in fact most gun owners I know see that as a very last resort.
Furthermore it was not unitl Zimmermans cries for help brought no relief that the gun became an issue.
Ummm, somebody beating my brains out on a sidewalk and nobody answering my long barrage of screaming for help would certainly "Motivate" most people to defend themselves with whatever means they had....knife, pistol, knitting needle,maze, whatever...out it would come.
Proceeding on foot was perfectly lawful for Zimmerman to do. The "confrontation" you are citing apparently occurred while Zimmerman was walking back to his vehicle, after having abandoned any pursuit (or following) of Martin.
No person needs to consult with any "authority" in order to move freely about his own neighborhood.
Someone just needs to stand there w posters of all the people killed over the last month by the “brothers”. Still wouldn’t get through to them but might to some others.

Prove Zimmerman confronted anyone? Actually available evidence indicates Zimmerman left his vehicle in response to Martin running, and lost him.
“And by his own admission Zimmerman left his car and on foot moved to confront.”
Show me where Zimmerman stated his intent was to confront?

Zimmerman must not have been convicted of anything because otherwise he would have been barred from having a concealed carry permit.
Yeah, right....the guys yelling bloody murder while his heads getting bashed in ...that's fear for ones life not temper.
Something stinks about this shooting and we need to keep digging until we find the TRUE motivation by Zimmerman for pulling that trigger

You are mistaken. I’m sure you mean you want to find the TRUE motivation that started this sorry mess.
But unless you just woke up, you should know by now “the TRUE motivation by Zimmerman for pulling that trigger”, was a result of Martin being on top of Zimmerman beating the crap out of him while Zimmerman yelled for help.
That my friend is enough TRUE motivation for anyone to shoot.
And our own president is such a racist that he chooses to pour gasoline on the fire instead of trying to calm nerves.
