Thanks to Munz for this one. Time to pile on!

FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)

The people who argue that SS and Medicare prove Bozocare is constitutional don’t know what they are talking about. SS and Medicare are not mandatory, yep, the tax is but the programs themselves are voluntary. If a Senior doesn’t want SS or Medicare he/she won’t be fined for not taking it once he/she retires nor will he/she be jailed. There is the big difference.

Funny. I carefully hit NO. The vote count said I voted yes and to comment. Something wicked going on with the compost again.

If the sample is comprised of registered voters who have passed a brief and simple quiz on the constitution (say, what elementary school students were taught about a hundred years ago), then I’ll be much more interested in the results.

If the Supremes allow this monstrosity to stand, I can think of a few other initiatives I would heartily support..

For example, try to pass a law that says anyone who wears black robes and are employed by the taxpayers of this country, and who work within 5 miles of the nation’s congressional building, must either wear pink robes and green wigs or face a fine of $50,000 per year until such time as he/she complies. Further, such individuals must do their work in a circus tent with 3 rings inside and wear clown costumes as they pass down their decisions (or else face another fine of $50,000. per year until such time as he/she complies). Anyone who willingly fails to comply and fails to pay the associated fine(s) will be recognized as a lawbreaker and his/her salary will be reduced to $1 per year until such time as he/she complies.

GRRRRR!!!!!!!!! Where’s the Tylenol???
