I walked out on the patio just to feel the rain last year when we got a rare bit of rain..
Waco was not as bad a shape as Houston and Austin..and West Texas is still in drought..
I read about a prediction that this drought isn’t over though our area is on the plus side of average rainfall for the year..

Thanks, Kitty. We are restricted to 2 hours of watering a week. I fear for our large trees and St. Augustine grass that has been so beautiful and lush in years past.

We have has just over 7 inches in a year and a half. *sigh*
