Well.... he’s committed document fraud by presenting a forged birth certificate as if it was genuine at a press conference at the White House...

And he assumed the offices of both Senator and President without qualifying for either, since he has no genuine draft registration. The Selective Service Administration participated in fraud by producing a forgery.

These are the things that Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s posse have found.

So yes, he has committed crimes. I’m not sure what his booking documents would call him...

"But then again, they claim that the surveillance video from when Zimmerman was brought in to the police station for questioning is the “icing on the cake” to prove that Zimmerman had no head injury - even though it is clear that he’s got a gash on the back of his head."

What is the big question about this surveillance video is why was there no blood on Zimmerman's jacket? It is my opinion that an answer may be that officers did not want a blood-soaked shirt to soil their police car seating. So, they took the blood-soaked shirt, and sealed it in an evidence bag. Since Zimmerman's SUV was nearby, a handy extra jacket was inside for him to wear. That is the jacket we see him wearing in the video. It is a coincidence that both were the color red.

As for the gash on the back of his head and no evidence of a bleeding broken nose in the video, it was said that first aid was used to stop the bleeding. There would be no evidence of bleeding in the video because it was stopped with the first aid. Also, the video did not show much detail to see evidence of a wound on the back of his head. If it was high definition video, we would have seen evidence of the wound and perhaps an inflamed nose. We also must remember that Zimmerman moved off the sidewalk onto the grass where those violent bashings of his head received the softer blows of grass. He would have become a severely brain-damaged victim if he hadn't. Also, he would have been incapable of gaining control of the gun that Martin had struggled with him to get. IMHO.

Looks like most Black Americans in Miami agree with the poll results. It appears they could care less about justice for teen gangsta Trayvon Martin, since only a few hundred folks showed up at the Martin rally today held in Miami today. The media screamed out tens of thousands would join the protest meeting. Result...a dismal failure!!! Those loud mouthed Congressional Black Caucus congresswomen that set this farce meeting up, have egg all over their hateful faces. And.....Obama ain’t looking too good either amongst the brothers and sisters.

There were all sorts of Trayvon rallies and a car wash for Trayvon’s parents in the Tampa Bay area this weekend.

The march was a failure because:

(a) nobody offered enough "walking-around money" to show up

(b) You would have to get out of bed

Hah, hah....the "No" side is surging ahead.

Pour it on, freepers.

If nothing more, it makes the media running the poll all upset and barfy.

Freeped and bumped.....

I agree that it is a question looking, unsuccessfully, for an answer. Should Mr. Zimmerman be arrested for what and on the basis of what evidence amounting to probable cause for arrest?

You don’t have enough evidence. Neither does the cops. Therefore, he should not be arrested. Thank you for voting.

I don’t think they arrest someone unless they are prepared to make charges. I know there is a limit on the time a person can be held without charges.

If they put together a case that makes sense, they will then arrest him. I am sure they know where he is.

The media does what they typically do and that is to incite instead of informing (And I speak of punditry in general on both the L and R by all networks). Incitement makes them money and turns the public into little idiots who follow the pied pipers. They’ve demonstrated already how they’ve purposely biased the case in favor of Travon and against Zimmerman.

We need objective facts presented to a grand jury to make a decision on whether to proceed to a trial. Instead the scum media works only for their greedy dollar hungry corporate masters.

I agree 100% except that the Hollywood owned media that wraps us around their finger uses these cases because they offer profits and more money, and innocence or guilt is not in their consideration.

The media and Hollywood are the most important corrupting influence on our society.
