There is speculation that Obama is getting updates from his “gal” on the court, Elena Kagan (who would be forced to recuse herself from this if the Senate Republicans had any balls!).

Maybe Nancy has gotten a tip as to the preliminary votes taken last week.

Any such speculation is valid imo. No fair fight can even be contemplated imo.

It would be funny if some of the Supremes “voted” to support the law during the “preliminary vote” just to F*ck with Kagan and Obama’s mind. (and when the time comes for the real vote, they vote against the law)
