If Walker were Recalled, Could he resign and make Kleefisch the Governor?

I assume, depending on the timing, if he were recalled but resigned before the votes were counted, she would get the reins? Kinda funny to think about.

Kleefisch is also the subject of a recall election.

That’s the point, if she became Gov before the recall was finalized. Then she would no longer be in the position to be recalled. I know the RATs would pull something like this, just wondering our side would ponder something like this.

She's the subject of a Lt. Governor recall.

If she leaves the Lt. Governor position and becomes the Governor, then the Lt. Governor recall becomes moot and they have to start all over.

It's not the person, it's the person in the office. If she changes offices, I don't think that the recall can follow her to her new office.

Why would he resign before the votes are counted?

This is stupid.

Why would he resign before the votes are counted?

If the exit polling showed he was going to lose ... then resign election night before the recall is official - I just sayin ...

If Walker is confident of winning, then he should fight for his seat.

If he thinks he might lose the recall to a Democrat, then the idea is to vacate the office before the election is held and let the Lt. Governor ascend to the Governor's office.

This would stop both recall elections in their tracks, as the subjects of the recalls are no longer in their offices.

The Democrats and the unions would have to start all over again because the recall should not follow the person from office to office.

best idea is let the liberals take control and resume running it in the ground. Maybe then the conversatives people will beat the hell out of the liberals until they get some common sense economic understanding.

You can imagine all these “what if” scenarios in you mind, none are going to happen. Governor Walker will not resign under any circumstances.

Kleefisch is also up for recall.

Neither will be recalled.

And any Senator we lose, we will recall the democrat that took their spot.

We will play the recall tactic as well. To effing hell with all liberals and thug-ass public (government) unions.
