Are these IDF uniforms? They don't look right. Are they Border Police or settlement watchmen perhaps? It does just look like a boundary dispute. I didn't see any abuse. The guys in uniforms were determined the livestock wasn't going to wander further. The sheeper didn't get beaten on and none of his sheep killed which back in Texas used to be the standard way to handle sheepers found on cattle pastures so this pallywog sheeper has a lot to be happy about. Also shhepers like kids wandering around are very often islamo spies watching to tell their buddies when to fire off a mine.

I wouldn’t put it past the lefty types to stage some bogus incident. The video of the IDF soldiers “throwing rocks at shepherds” doesn’t show the shepherds or the sheep, just purported soldiers throwing rocks at something, while someone off camera exclaims excitedly in Arabic and bad English that they are throwing them at shepherds.
