I listened to the tape and here is what I heard. The ALJ said the WH website BC had not been presented by Obama in support of him being placed on the N.J. ballot. The ALJ said it was pre-mature to hear evidence the Internet BC because it was not in evidence. Apparently, Hill offered no evidence to support Obama’s eligibility and she alleged he did not have to produce anything as a prerequisite to being placed on the N.J. ballot.
