Got the same survey a couple of years ago. It was related to the census I thought. I chucked two of them before I got a visit from a lady. I did not answer anything other than how many people lived in the home. She had me call a number on her business card which I did and also told them I was not required to answer any intrusive questions such as income or how many bathrooms I had.
So Far so good. I understand the need for surveys, but to require it by law? Really?...um NO!

I did same. The lady came to visit but my front door is inaccessible, my first line of defense against JW’s, Mormons, and nosey gov officials. She talked to my neighbor about me but he said hellifino.
