Radar pretty much negated any benefit of the razzle dazzle paint scheme, and that’s why the US and all allied vessels went monochromatic.
Actually... The razzle dazzle paint jobs in WWII were done as defense against submarines. Sighting through a periscope, for a torpedo run... The weird angles and shapes were supposed to make it more difficult to make out the relative course of the ship.
