Well that's believable.The victim, a Coon Rapids man whom police have not identified, is in serious condition at Mercy Hospital. Police say he suffered fractures on his face and skull – injuries that required more than 50 stitches to close.

There would appear to be plenty of felony behavior for interfering with a 911 call, and lying to police about the need for help, keeping the injured man from obtaining medical help, and the injury from the thug, and mostly, that the Viks think they can rehab a thug.
