There were rumors that Travolta wanted to leave the CoS.They've got the goods on him. The thing is, if he came out of the closet, and left the CoS, I would respect him a lot more.

The COS has a procedure called “auditing” that is similar to the Roman Catholic rite of confession to a a priest, but it uses a primative lie detector and the “auditor” writes everything down (sometimes records it) and it goes in neat little black mail files in COS Flag operations.
I know several Orthodox Jewish folk who got mixed up in this stuff during the 1980s.
