A treasure trove of evidence was released today in the Zimmerman case. Please make special note of the embroidery on the back of Zimmerman's sweatshirt. Love it!

That’s normal.

With the apparent facts that are emerging - I would say Zimmerman should move for a bench trial. Faster, cheaper, and avoids the uncertainty of a jury and all of the $hit that will be ginned up in jury selection.

You apparently spoke too much truth.

If Martin had been full of TLC, he wouldn’t have tried to beat Zimmerman to death. But instead, he was full of THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) which clouded his judgment. He decided to become a one-man inner city Chicago gang and “get whitey,” but he picked on the wrong guy. Let that be a lesson to other gang bangers - an armed society is a polite society, so be polite.

Meanwhile, CNN is still railroading Zimmerman.

From the police reports and evidence we have seen so far, it looks like she is using the determination made by a police officer that Zimmerman instigated the fight by following and intimidating Martin. That cop said Zimmerman should be charged with manslaughter, not second degree murder. However, according to Zimmerman as he was talking to the dispatcher, he lost martin and then he told cops martin doubled back on him for a fight.

I still have a little question that hangs in the back of my mind. Did she overcharge Zimmerman so he’d get off because she knows he’s innocent, and she would get out from under the Obama administration and klan witch hunt? Lawyers are tricky...

I noticed that as well. He was moving way to much for a sober convenience store transaction.

Compare the clerk to Trayvon. He was aware of his surroundings, didn’t rock bath and forth and quickly completed the transaction.

Yup, you’re no expert. The barrel drops down when the slide is open. The bulge on the muzzle fits into the end of the slide for accuracy. (ask travon)

He swabbed his face with Trayvon’s shirt? Did you understand why he would do that or when he did it? Thanks.

Somebody posted the definitions for contact, near contact, intermediate and distant on a thread yesterday. From what I remember intermediate still have powder marks and tattooing, but no burns. It is still really close.

FWIW I can view that video in Internet Explorer, but not in my current Firefox setup with its ad-blocking add-ons.

I erred when I refered to Trayvon's lawyer as "the defense." He's only a rabel-rouser in this trial, right? He's not going to try the case for the prosecution.

Sorry about that. My fault.

I'm trying to think of the kind of crazy reasoning we can expect from Crump, the Martin family attorney. He will I'm sure be asked at some point what is the explanation for how Mr. Zimmerman's DNA got on Trayvon Martin's shirt. If not as a result of T's beating the living daylights out of Z, that is. I expect Crump, who's about as logical as Sheila Jackson Lee, to come up with something to explain it away. That's why I made the comment.

I was just trying to think like Sheila Jackson Lee, basically.

That description conforms perfectly with Zimmerman’s initial statement to the police dispatcher about Trayvon’s behavior, “like he’s stoned or something.”

Oh, Crump said it. Now it makes sense as to why it did not make sense!

I read a quote from a legal analyst at MSM website today who suggested that maybe Trayvon bruised his knuckles trying to get away from George. I think he went to the same law school as Crump. :)

Crump hasn't said it. Not yet anyway.

I was trying to predict what he will say. Not a very smart thing for me to do.
