Requesting prayers from all the FReeper prayer warriors out there for the son of friends. His name is Logan and he is 21 and has been trapped in a cave in Maquokata, Iowa since 7 pm last night. He was on a camping outing with friends. He has oxygen and water and his spirits are good. They are the most wonderful Christian family and would appreciate all the prayers. There are multiple ER teams on scene but progress is slow and Logan is stuck good.
Please pray for God's protection and comfort for this family and for Logan to be unharmed.

I hope all will turn out well for for your friend. I’ll say a little prayer even though I’m not the religious type. This sounds like a bad luck situation that needs something to change for the better.

Definitely prayers for this young man. From the article it sounds like the rescuers have a problem with low level of oxygen. At least they gave the kid extra oxygen. Hope you will have good news before nighttime.
Dear Lord in Heaven, We ask you to be with our brother, Logan. May he feel Your loving presence and realize that You are with him in that hole. Please give knowledge to his rescuers and comfort his family. Keep all involved safe. In This I Pray. Amen.

Update:
Workers have been chipping away at rock to free Logan who was trapped by his hips. He is 200ft down a manhole type cave. He is currently unwedged but the oxygen supply is very low at only 14% so he is very weak. They need him push himself up to the next level where they can then get him more fluids to build his strength for the next stage. They are trying to get him to a spot where they can then lift him out. Because he is so weak it is very difficult. He is exhausted and we’re told somewhat disoriented.
Please continue prayers that we will have good news soon. They say could be minutes to hours.
