This guy's version of 'God'. Since he has no Christ in it as Christians do, I insert his name. Elsewhere this site has been hyped on FR, the last time this absence of Jesus wasn't obscured. Not many hits on that thread. I guess we are back to disguising this and repackaging it to look like something Christian. It is same old same old, but now we meditate.
I was hoping the exercise would draw on the power of Jesus. Letting go of our ego and pride and resentment are all definitely good but...a little spooky when he said a couple of times, once you stop this exercise, you may never get "it" back again. Hmmmmm.
