I can buy the "original sin" concept. What's odd is they claim one can overcome physical ailments via spiritual purity, while failing to note that the whole point of the Crucifixion & Resurrection was that we cannot overcome spiritual failing on our own. If we grant, for sake of argument, that physical ailments can be cured by spiritual purity, there is nobody capable of reaching that level of purity - so let the doctors do as they must to intervene.

Am reminded of a joke ending with God saying "I sent you two boats and a helicopter, what more did you want?"

That's because there is no Jesus in this program. No Son of God, why would there be crucifixion and resurrection since there is no need of forgiveness in this program. It is gnostic in nature, work righteousness, bereft of the cross of Christ same old shuck and jive with a little jack to Roy to make it all good.
