Gretchen Carlson walked off the set of 'Fox and Friends' today after her co-cost Brian Kilmeade made a sexist comment. Having just watched a segment on the U.S. Navy Sea Chanters presented by third host Steve Doocy, he ended by informing the audience that the group was all-male until 1980. Amused by that fact, Kilmeade joked, 'Women are everywhere. We're letting them play golf and tennis now. It's out of control.'

I fail to see the offense. It was a harmless obvious joke.
Perhaps Ms Carlson is experiencing a hormone surge
and we're letting them storm off the set when humor like this is expressed. Get over it.
“It looks like she was joking, too. All in good fun, it seems.”
That was my take too. I’m glad because I usually like her and she’s not too bad on the eyes.
The video looks more like this was jokingly done on both sides.
Now it makes sense.
Brian K often walks off the set, usually when he’s being teased by Steve or Gretchen.
I’m wondering if there’s more to the story.

I think that Gretchen would have made her point by managing Brian’s comment with humor. As a business woman, I have had many of these types of comments made — to me, about me, about people I work with. A humorous but pointed comeback actually makes the point QUITE effectively without the awkward silence that accompanies other types of comebacks.
If it continues, that is a different story...I think Brian was attempting to be funny in a sarcastic manner. I caught that.
Kilmeade’s job on that show is to p*ss people off.
People stay tuned for the possibility that he might provoke an actual fistfight with the next guest.

Probably going to replace Kilmeade with John King. He seems to have some time on his hands.
My boys thought it was funny when they said to me, their mom, “Do you want to hear a joke?” ............woman’s rights.....
I laughed.....some woman really need to lighten up.......

Too bad she returned.. They need to replace her with some eye candy like Jenna Lee or Molly Line..
