"How could they make that mistake, how could they make that mistake? Simple ... there are never any consequences for them when they do.
They all belong in prison, along with the toads that(fail to) supervise them.
Charges should include, but not be limited to burglary, breaking and entering, assault with a deadly weapon, deprivation of civil rights under color of the law, and conspiracy to commit.

As I have said before ... if someone is breaking into your house ... order a pizza. The pizza delivery guy will help you.
If you say, I will get my gun and shoot the intruder, remember; in most states gun ownership is restricted. Besides, most Americans have been brainwashed to the point that they will not have a gun in the house. Why ... because the don’t believe in them (often quoted on TV police dramas).

“Thankfully Dominicos’ son recognized it was law enforcement and put the gun down right away.”
Otherwise, he’d have been dead and the murderers would never face justice.

I can plug some info into my nav system in my SUV, and have it guide me halfway across the country to the front door of a place I’ve never been before. There is NO excuse for something like this happening with the police. I hope she sues their asses off.
Why are we sending out militarized groups of police to raid homes for “narcotics” anyway? Is there are shortage of ‘real’ criminals to go after in Charlotte? This drug prohibition of ours must end. We haven’t learned a dammed thing from the 1920s.

Earlier, in some office, someone gave someone else the wrong information. Saw it repeatedly with a dispatcher in person during the '90s. Some don't care enough to double check info. Others get some kind of thrill out of it.

Dollars to doughnuts they were all hyped up in their little black ninja outfits, spoiling for battle, and all they got was this little old lady. No wonder they were p.o.ed. I’m surprised someone didn’t get killed.

My son had heard me arguing with this man and it was not a voice he'd recognize. My son is a hunter, he put a bullet in the chamber of his gun. They heard that, they yelled down long gun, at that point there he told another ATF agent that was with me, handcuff her and take her out, Dominicos said. Well see, she MUST be lying. Our bootlicker friends told us over and over and over again after the Jose Guerena MURDER that it would be absolutely impossible for a citizen in the privacy and comfort of their own home to be confused about the identity of armed men forcing their way into the home.
This lady's son is very lucky that he didn't get shot 71 times, and left to bleed out in front of her for several hours.

at that point there he told another ATF agent that was with me, handcuff her and take her out, Dominicos said.
Upon encountering an elderly resident, the team realized that they were at the wrong location at that time and left the premises."BS, they handcuffed her. They did not leave the premises when they encountered her.

These insane drug laws and resulting militarization of law enforcement is also a perfect set up for a violent police state.
A government can go in anyone’s home, claim “anonymous tip”, shoot them, and drop a 1 lb package. No victim or witnesses required. It's guilt by magical object.
