We had a long discussion on here about a year ago over who should play "Bob the Nailer" Swagger in the movies. In at least two books, Hunter describes him as looking like Clint Eastwood (and Clint has those 'slits for eyes' down to a science).
Problem is by the time Hollywood gets through with him, it'll be Tom Cruise, just as they're about to do with Lee Child's 6'5", brawling, Jack Reacher character.
For the record, I'll take Bob's father, Earl Swagger.
