I don’t recall that, I just remember him claiming the dignity of the Ordained and the Graces thereof in a fashion that was, especially in light of his heterodox views, well, offensive.
That posting made me dizzy. I’m guessing he’s upset that many here won’t vote for Romney? Don’t feel bad. My husband thinks I’ve joined an online cult and threatened to take my ipad away. The internet would not come up today and he said I’ll have to wait. I hopped on a neighbors line. Hope he can’t get into my bank account. If he does, it’s my husbands fault.

I can assure you, no one here, or anywhere, has an interest in changing so they won't be pissed off. Nor should they.
I checked out the site about a month ago when another was posting trash there. I have to tell you that I found it really weird that the site had a special section just for trashing Free Republic, its owner and posters.
That part of the site was repulsive and immature enough, I had no interest in checking out the rest of the site. Truly, there comments were on a par with a bunch of 14 year old girls with all t h e drama attached.
Most of the drama queens there were drama queens here also.
Well, as the author of the Book of ZOT!, allow me to address that. Or at least my part in it as it’s concept far predates me.
Everyone here knows the deal. When they hose up and go overboard, they get the smack. I have and perhaps will again. It’s a learning experience. You grow ;)
If you get an actual zot, it seems to me that you deserve what you got coming. If you have pushed the envelope so far that the hammer falls and the Great Cat’s ire is inflamed, well...you hauled a big load of stupid to the party.
And stupidity should bring with it pain and humiliation.
And If I step over that line I fully expect to make the Zot Lightning Ping list and hope that the many freepers who can’t wait to see me there get their deserved shots into my sizzling carcas.
After which I go back to real life. As do all the Zotted.
NOTHING to get spazed over to the degree of TBL. Especially since all zottings are ultimately self inflicted.
All that said and done, it is software created by the Robinsons, a site owned by the Robinsons, and actually an LLC, last I saw the home page, legally in the name of the Robinsons.
AOL owns their site, newspapers own their sites, google theirs, yahoo theirs, etc., etc.
Whatever the cause of this very, very lengthy outburst Quix did have the answer at one of the many points.
It’s not his place, it’s free if he had wanted it to be, and no one is forced to be here.

Most of the posters found him difficult and he had a lot of votes on one of the "most obnoxious posters at FR" threads. I never had any difficulties with him personally.
Quix has gone over the edge, after several conversations with him re: UFO’s I had to just not try and have a discussion with him.
His position is that his position is the ONLY one that is correct.
Well too bad, wish him the best of luck whereever he goes, as to his demanding Jim open the books to everyone, he sounds like a liberal nut ball.
