No. Quix has jumped the shark and is a bonafide 911 Truther.
He isn’t mincing words over there.

Okay, I haven’t been over there yet and checked things out, so I’ll eventually have to do so. That’s too bad - but - just realize that I know a lot of Christians who have a saving faith in Jesus Christ, according to the Gospel as presented in the Scriptures - and that doesn’t endow them with anything more special than “having that eternal salvation” (and that’s more valuable than anything you can ever have in this life or the next).
One still has to slog through life, has to study and learn things, has to still make mistakes and learn from them, has to decide on one thing - find out it’s wrong - and then turn-about and try again.
SO ... if Quix has embraced this 9/11 Truther thing - that’s simply a rat-hole and a false trail and it’s going to lead nowhere - except grief - the way I see it. However, Quix is still a good Christian friend and I appreciate him as a person. There are a lot of people I know that I wouldn’t want them “running my life” from “their ideas” - but they’re still my friends, anyway. That’s the way life is ...
We’ll simply end up disagreeing on that point and continue sharing the common future we have together, as all true Christians do, in an eternity with Jesus Christ and his rule and reign over this world and the universe. And, in the end, we will all know the truth.
OKAY ... I signed up over there - and for a couple of reasons. One reason was that I read that another poster here said that his name was “hi-jacked” over there — and that “hi-jacker” was pretending to be him - and saying things that he didn’t say.
WELL ... I could just see someone hijacking me, too ... LOL ... and so I’m making sure they don’t! What you read over there now for “Star Traveler” is really me ... :-)
In fact, I would warn people - if you don’t want to be “hi-jacked” in name, you might consider doing that yourself!
And the second reason is that I figured that would give me a way to talk to my Christian friend - Quix - again. We used to do that a lot here, but, alas, he’s not here anymore; he’s only over “there”.
And so ... yes ... I did read what you were talking about. Apparently Quix says he was “agnostic” to the idea before, but has now come to put more stock in it. Of course, if you know Quix - whatever he gets his mind on - he’s VERY ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT ... a sort of understatement ... :-)
But, that doesn’t bother me, because if I disagree with him about something - we don’t get mad at each other and just like friends, it’s okay not to agree on everything.
The MAIN THING is that we’re “right on the mark” as far as the Christian faith is concerned and we are both very concerned about keeping the right doctrines and teachings intact (according to the Scriptures) - and we both know that when Jesus returns to this earth again that we’ll both be here to see Him and be with Him.
Anyway ... thanks for writing and telling me. I just thought I would let you know I found it and followed up on it.
