This happened because of 1 man and 1 man only, your attempt to spin it otherwise is either evidence of how pathetically inept our public educations system has become, or an some sort of chemical imbalance affecting neurological function, or perhaps damaged caused by blunt force trauma to the cranium.

This nut could have just as easily done this at a 2pm or 8pm showing of a Pixar film, you going to throw your idiotic blame the victim crap out over that? Would I take a 6 year old to a midnight show? Nope, but to believe these parents did this as if they had some cosmic knowledge that doing so would put their child’s lives at risk is MORONIC!!!! and that’s about as kind as I can put your attempt at logic.

This dumb attempt to say this is somehow the victims fault is nonsensical! That’s like saying the girls who were working out at the LA Fitness shooting in pittsburgh got what they deserved because, hey, you know they should have been home with their husband at 8:15pm not out working out.

This action happened because of one person and one person only, the shooter, trying to blame the parents of these kids, as though they had some reason to suspect that something that has NEVER happened before would happen that night is nonsensical on its face.

Do I personally agree with taking little kids to movies like that at any time? Nope, but to try to play this blame the victim nonsense over that is insulting.

People are injured and dead, not just children because of the actions of 1 person and one person alone, your attempt to spin it otherwise, or that folks got what they deserved is beyond insulting.

Take that nonsense to DU, blaming the victim has no place on a site that claims conservatism and libertarianism as their cause.
