We did scrimp and due to good fortune were able to buy s small acreage (of course I’d like something bigger, preferably adjoining national forest but if wishes were horses beggars would ride) and built as we lived on it. Yeah, you sound really poor with that acreage, vanity dental work, tax-deductible donations, and retirement accounts. I bet you are really a poor guy taking personal offense to my original post.
Acreage? A few acres bought with cash in a cheap area.
