Love Jennifer’s comment:

"The sad thing is that I thought we could forget politics, when deciding where to eat. Now, that choice becomes influenced by politics. It’s a dangerous precedent. Am I going to lose friends, when they see my fast food bag in my car?"

It used to be where will we get sick or not from the food! ;-)

We’ll be picking up some food there on Sunday and I’d bargain frequently thereafter

Probably not...they're closed on Sundays.

Whether the boycott failed or not can only be shown by the sales reports and profit/loss of the corporation.

Anecdotal evidence is not conclusive.

This boycott really chaps my hide. The lines at any CFA were already long before this. Now I doubt you can get in the door. And they have a grilled chicken salad with spicy dressing that is awesome.

I eat there all the time. The chicken nuggets are fantastic! It has been a lot more crowded because of the controversy. The ignorant mayor of Boston has helped increase sales dramatically.

“I tried...but the line was out the door and I only have 1/2 hour for lunch. “

We’ve been there several times since the 1% of the poulation insisted that we not eat there. Try going in “off” hours. It’s much easier then.

For communists virtually every part of life is political. It is part of the totalitarian mindset.

“We’ve been in northern California the last couple of weeks, having to deal with the Cal Mind Set ; UGH! And didn’t see a singe Chick-fil-A restaurant in the Lincoln, Roseville, Auburn, or Sacramento area. Many said they had never heard of them.”

There’s one in Roseville, CA. I ate there a couple of times last fall.

912 Pleasant Grove Blvd
Roseville, CA 95678
(916) 773-5558

Some of those CA folks seemed pretty provincial to me. I’m not surprised they haven’t heard of CFA. After all, NOTHING on the CFA menu has sprouts.

Any friend who would dump you over your eating at Chick-Fil-A is not a friend worth having IMHO.

We have both Chik and In n Out nearby. Both chains have are privately owned and have Christian roots. They both have staff’s that look like America..all races, but they all speak English and are presentable. They both pay well to get those people. They both have really good fast food...at prices at or below McD’s. They both are packed..they are doing something right and I wish they would go public so I could invest.

We have a CFA about a mile from our house. My younger son worked there before and during college and he had a great experience. They hire a lot of homeschoolers and a lot of the kids that worked with him were Christian. One is now a missionary. I love going there because it is a well-run store, very clean and the staff is friendly and competent. Any teenager that is looking for a job and is willing to work hard should consider it. They treated my son very well, however, they were not slow to let the slackers go....

As far as I could tell Michigan only has one Chik-fil-a in the whole state—near Rochester. Wonder why so few? Our high minimum wage?

Fortunately there is nearby across the border into Ohio. Ohio has a ton of them in the southern portion of the state.

Did discover, from their website, that some Chik-fil-a’s deliver large orders to businesses and orders can be made ahead of time for pick-up by anyone, have to give quite a bit of notice. Have to check with the location though, not all provide the service.

Thanks to all. My relatives and friends there mostly live between Auburn/Cool and Citrus Heights, and Roseville/Lincoln, but are constantly on I-80 to and from the SF Bay Area.

With your help we have located six CFA locations that would be in that corridor. I have some liberal family members, too, and some more conservative. One, sodomite, who attends an Episcopal "church," and is "married" to a man (I even hate to put the word married in quotes, but we are speaking as per California's perverted laws and general perverted society nowadays.

The information went to ALL of them, anyway.

My advice is to be patient, and be prepared to buy a gift card that day...

I have to drive out of town to get to one but on Wednesday, August 1st, I'm going and if I have to wait for 2 hours or whatever, I'll do it.

The anti-boycott to the pro-queer marriagers is ON LIKE A CHICKEN BONE!!
