Yeah, maybe she can get in via System Restore with a command prompt.

Start System Restore from a command prompt

You can start System Restore from a command prompt window if you can't start your computer in any mode other than safe mode with command prompt.

Start your computer in safe mode with command prompt.

At the command prompt, type rstrui.exe, and then press ENTER. Administrator permission required

If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

I can’t even get past the error...in safe mode or otherwise.

Just tried the “start in safe mode with command prompt” and it did the same exact thing it has done with every other option I tried. It totally ignore the selection and started in regular and went to the blue screen.
