I'm guessing the harness girl and her brother were just being introduced and we'll be seeing more of them. If not, yeah, then it was a waste. Who knows what to expect from the new government? There's obviously going to be a lot of mistrust among the survivors -- people have been betrayed before.

As for the soapy content, we unfortunately have to deal with that just to get it on TV and for it to have an audience. Could be worse -- if it were on Showtime, there would be more special effects paid for by the gay lobby (a la Torchwood).

Actually, bringing up Torchwood isn't off the point -- last season, they did a lot of introducing characters of little or no consequence and then getting rid of them (killing them off) by the end of the episode.

I realize that "Lost girl" is not SciFi, but it is on the SyFy channel and my wife and i quit watching when they started with the lezbo CR@P. They had some great story lines and just ruined it.
